We offer discounts to all non-profit customers on any yard card purchases with special discounts for full week rentals. We do require tax exempt status paperwork, so please only use this link if you are tax exempt!

Pricing and Set Up Information

Personalized Birthday and Congrats signs are priced at $95.  Custom phrases start at $115.  Add an extra one line phrase of up to 15 characters for $50.  Signs are set up and taken down after approximately 7pm / after dark, so they are up for approximately 24 hours.  Don't hesitate to ask for an alternate set up or take down time! Additional days are prices at $50 per day.  We are currently delivering to Austin and most surrounding areas.  There is a delivery fee added to areas outside central Austin.


Graduation Signs: Basic Graduation cards include "CONGRATS graduate name" or "intended college/school BOUND" with a hat or scroll graphic and stars and balloons. Specific colors and requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to ensure your graduate's school colors or your choices are represented. We only have capacity for so many cards per day, so early reservations are encouraged!  Prices for graduation cards are $95 PER DAY, with a limit of two days available to each family.


Yard Conditions:

Unfortunately, we cannot install in yards full of rock, gravel, or xeriscaping.  These yards are not soft enough to get the stakes into and we don't want to risk puncturing any weed barrier.  We cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from our inability to get signs into a yard.  The ground in your yard changes over time, so the same yard that may have had a sign previously, may not be able to take a sign now (soil erodes away, weather conditions impact the ground, etc).  If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to reach out with a photo of your yard!  And remember, just because you can get one single sign in your yard, doesn't mean that we can put an entire phrase into the same place!  But we want to try!


Hazardous Conditions:
We cannot make yard greeting deliveries during severe, hazardous weather conditions  (i.e. lightning storm, flooding, ice, etc.). We will attempt to reschedule, or a full refund will be issued. 

Policies

Rental and Reservations Policies

  1. Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and hold your date.
  2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.
  3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
  4. We do ask that you take pride in your lawn display, and treat it with respect. Please do not move the items.
  5. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items are our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
  6. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.  
  7. Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.
  8. Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
  9. If you have a lawn crew, please arrange for them to come on a date that letters are NOT on the lawn. Grass clippings stain.
  10. Please water your lawn the afternoon before an install. Soft grounds makes for a better looking and more safe and stable sign!
  11. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please do not pull the signs from the ground. Austin Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.   ​

Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.  
  2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.  
  3. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.  
  4. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.  
  5. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.  
  6. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.  
  7. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control. ​  

Other

We begin installing greetings after 7:00 PM, and pickup the following evening after 7:00PM. Please let us know if you have a special time constraint, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we can.
